Last Updated: February 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Elmar Health Services website and the private healthcare services we provide. By accessing our website or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. About Us

Elmar Health Services is a private healthcare provider offering menopause and hormonal health services, medical weight loss services, diagnostic testing, skin health and aesthetic treatments, hair health services, and corporate and training services. We operate within England and Wales and comply with applicable UK healthcare regulations.

3. Website Information Disclaimer

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation. No information on this website replaces a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your GP or call 999 immediately.

4. Clinical Services & Prescriptions

All treatments and prescriptions are subject to clinical suitability, full medical assessment, professional judgement, and relevant UK medical guidelines. Prescription-only medicines are issued only after appropriate assessment by a qualified clinician. Treatment outcomes vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific medical or aesthetic results.

5. Appointment Bookings

When booking a consultation, payment may be required in advance. Appointment confirmation will be issued via email. Failure to attend may result in charges. Submitting a booking enquiry does not create a clinician-patient relationship until the consultation has taken place.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Consultations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full. Package fees are non-refundable once treatment has commenced. Unused sessions may be refunded at our discretion. Medication cannot be refunded once prescribed or dispensed unless legally required. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Remote Consultations

For remote consultations, you are responsible for providing accurate medical information. Remote care may not be suitable for all conditions and is not a substitute for emergency medical care.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, branding, logos, graphics, images, videos, and design is owned by or licensed to Elmar Health Services. You may view content for personal use only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Accuracy of Information

We aim to ensure website content is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability. We exclude liability for inaccuracies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Your use of this website is at your own risk. Elmar Health Services shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, website interruption, technical malfunction, or third-party content. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
